With more than 20 years of professional experience, Mr. Stout excels in managing budgets and data and is responsible for overseeing staff. He previously worked in various roles including assistant IT manager and IT manager at 'The Hibbert Group' for over 10 years, as well as serving as president of his church council. Mr. Stout considers revamping a client's system using visual Internet operating systems to be his greatest professional accomplishment. Mr. Stout stays current with the trends in his profession by reading industry-related publications and feels the most important issue facing his profession today is constraining budgets.

Mr. Stout received his Master of Science in Information Technology, with an emphasis on digital forensics, from the University of Liverpool and his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Trinity University and is a professional member of the British Computer Society.
