With more than 12 years of professional related experience, Dr. Davis excels in human resource management and is responsible for overseeing operations, which include workers' compensation, benefits/compensation, labor relations, recruiting, training and environmental. He is currently working on publishing a book based on his doctorate thesis.

Dr. Davis received his Doctorate Degree in Business from Warren National University, a Master's in Science Administration with a concentration in human resources from Central Michigan University and his Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Hillsdale College. He currently holds certifications as a Six Sigma Green Belt, Human Resources Professional, Industrial Health and Safety Specialist, Personal Trainer, Nutrition and Wellness Consultant, Environmental, Health and Safety Professional, Workers' Compensation Professional, Health Promotion and Corporate Wellness and as an OSHA Trainer. He is a member of the Safety Council of Northwest Ohio, Society for Human Resource Management and Toledo Area Human Resource Association.

Dr. Davis volunteers at his church and the YMCA. His future aspirations are to become a vice president of human resources at a company.
