Prior to making his entry into the legal profession, Mr. Ricles worked in aerospace and astronautics for 40 years, as well as dabbled in the field of finance management. His previous work experience includes assignments with the Douglas Aircraft Company, the AVCO Corporation and Republic Aviation. He also worked as the vice president of finance and administration, and chief financial officer at W.J. Schafer Associates, Inc., where he started a hi-tech laser industrial vision system. He attributes the success that he has enjoyed in multiple fields to his hard work and desire to learn.

A licensed attorney, Mr. Ricles received his JD from the Massachusetts School of Law at Andover. He also received his Master's Degree in General Engineering from the University of California Los Angeles and his Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is also a certified SHINE counselor. He lacks his dissertation for a Ph.D. on aeronautics and astronautics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. At present, he serves as president of the Simons-Gutman Foundation and the Beit Knesset-Brotherhood of the Temple Israel Boston. His other affiliations include the Massachusetts Bar Association, the New Hampshire Bar Association and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
