Jenepher is responsible for managing all major aspects of the business as well as overseeing the daily operations as well as editing articles on international and economic development.

During her educational career, Jenepher earned a Master's degree in History from Cambridge College in 1959. She is a member of American Independent Writers and she regularly attends Quaker Meetings. In the time away from her busy schedule, Jenepher greatly enjoys swimming and art.
