Steve Shoursidis Recognized for Accomplishments in Publishing
Steve Shoursidis is the recipient of two New York City Council citations

NEW YORK, NY, June 22, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Steve Shoursidis, Editor for Estiator Magazine, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in Greek philosophy, literature and history.

At Estiator Magazine, Mr. Shoursidis writes and edits articles on Greek wine and food providers, focusing on upscale restaurants in Chicago and New York. Formerly, he served for 18 years as the principal for the Greek School of Plato. Mr. Shoursidis was also involved with the television industry, where he developed ideas for an American Greek television station. He attributes his success to his hard work and self-motivation.

In 1965, Mr. Shoursidis completed coursework at the law school of the University of Athens. He was recognized by the United States Congress with a certificate of achievement. He also received two New York City Council citations. In the future, Mr. Shoursidis hopes to retire and visit Greece.
